Refund Request Information


To be able to receive a refund for lost assets you must post a refund request. The request will be reviewed and based on the information given will either be accepted or denied. Before your request is reviewed you must read and fully understand the guidelines set below. If your request in any way does not comply with the guidelines it will be automatically denied.

Once a decision is made it is final. It will either be accepted or denied based on the evidence you submit in your request.

Guidelines​

• The format below must be used.
• The Refund request should be a minimum of $10,000. If it is lower than this amount it will be denied. This rule is in place due to developers having to do the refund and is to limit the number of requests being submitted. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Items that can be refunded: Weapons, drugs, money.
• When submitting a refund request you need substantial evidence to help staff investigate the issue.
• If your loss is due to a bug please submit a bug report as well as your refund request and again have as much detailed footage as possible.
• Posting a request does not mean it will be accepted, there must be substantial evidence of your loss.
• If you are found to be abusing the refund requests you will no longer be able to use the system and your actions could lead to a punishment.
• If your request has been accepted you will have to be patient, Developers are the only ones able to refund. Please do not ask staff to hurry up the process as this will lead to an instant denial.
