Hacking Report Requirements and Guidelines

Paradise RP stands by their statement of keeping our community safe and fun for all players. If you believe that you have witnessed a possible hacker while playing, we ask that you file a report using these guidelines so that our Hacker Investigation Team (HIT) can review the footage and take action to remove people using exploits such as hacks out of our community. Paradise RP takes hacking reports extremely seriously by carefully reviewing the allegations along with the evidence provided in the report to make the best decisions for our community. Reports may face a delay depending on volume, updates and replies will not typically be given to the original poster once submitted.

Guidelines​

• Please ensure that you acknowledge that hacking reports are a serious thing and intentional false reports may result in being removed from the community​
• Reporters must follow the requirements below, reports that fail to meet the requirements may be discarded based on lack of evidence​
• Video proof is necessary. Videos should showcase all relevant interactions from the beginning and may not be edited or cut. Reports with inaccessible evidence will be discarded.​
• Please refrain from using evidence from other servers, you may use it as further proof, however you must have a main source of evidence against the player from Paradise Roleplay​
• Please include the unix time code of the incident. The unix time code is the string of 10 numbers on the lower left hand corner of the screen next to your player ID​

• Please avoid contacting staff regarding updates on your report. Contacting staff via PMs or tickets to pester them regarding your report is not allowed, failure to adhere to this may result in your report being denied or you receiving administrative punishments.
• Please refrain from posting multiple reports on the same person from one situation or within a short span. If there are multiple POV from a fight, please collect all pieces of relevant evidence and place them into a single report for easy review.
