BUG REPORT REQUIREMENTS - MUST READ
Before posting a bug report, please make sure the bug has not been reported/addressed yet on another thread. Duplicate threads of the same issue will slow down our progress of locating and fixing them and all duplicated reports found will either be consolidated into one or removed entirely to keep workflow focused.
Please provide all necessary information to report a bug. This includes video or image evidence, an explanation of the events that led up to the reported bug, a date and time it occurred and the F11 console for any errors that may have shown (Can be accessed by clicking F11).
